From your doorstep in the Nashville, TN area, you’ll be dispatched to gyms, hospitals, and motels to keep commercial washers, dryers, and ironers humming.
Your challenge
- Tackle diagnostics and repairs on on-premise and vended laundry equipment
- Swap in the correct replacement parts and validate the fix
- Record time, parts, mileage, and fuel accurately—every visit, every time
- Translate technical work into clear, customer-friendly explanations
- Team up with the service manager, parts department, and vendors to ensure quality
- Keep your tools, test gear, and company-supplied service vehicle organized and ready
- Jump in with install crews on equipment installations and deliveries when needed
- Contribute to other duties that keep operations efficient
What you bring
Education & experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of mechanical repair experience; commercial laundry exposure preferred (or an equivalent blend of education, training, and experience)
- Comfort using electrical testing and diagnostic/programming tools
- Familiarity with phone/email/ticket-based dispatch systems preferred
- Computer skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred

- Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting strength; read and apply electrical/mechanical drawings
- Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Clear, professional communicator in writing and in person
- Resilient and adaptable when priorities or circumstances change

Where you’ll go
- Expect substantial travel within the Nashville-area service territory
- Be ready for occasional overnight trips during special projects
How you’ll work
- Move comfortably—sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, bend, and climb as jobs demand
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently; heavier lifts supported with assistive devices
- Use tools and computers frequently; periods of screen work require close vision and focus
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean MVR; a company vehicle may be provided
