Your impact

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults on production lines and facility systems.
• Identify chronic issues and drive corrective actions that prevent repeat failures.
• Support shift-based planning by sequencing and prioritizing maintenance tasks.
• Complete preventive maintenance and equipment services precisely and on schedule, with thorough documentation.
• Recommend and install equipment or upgrades that reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and asset history.
• Model safe work practices and uphold all regulatory and site-specific safety protocols.
• Deliver clear shift handoffs covering status, open items, and completed tasks.
• Contribute to additional duties that advance team goals and site performance.

Where and how you work

• Field-based: Work happens at customer and job locations across the U.S.; you may reside anywhere in the country.
• Travel: Varies by assignment; specifics are provided for each project.
• Environment: Manufacturing settings with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, grease, and moving parts; PPE is mandatory.
