    As a direct-hire team member on 1st or 2nd shift, you will help transform schematics and parts into fully assembled, tested, and production-ready CNC machinery. Your craftsmanship and problem-solving will drive quality at every step.

    Your impact

    You will own assembly, integration, and verification of electro-mechanical systems for large CNC machines—aligning mechanical components, wiring electrical circuits, and routing pneumatics to exacting specifications. You will validate performance through testing and inspection and flag any defects or deviations to protect product integrity.

    How you will do it

    • Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and work instructions to plan builds.
    • Apply expert use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
    • Inspect and test assemblies to confirm functionality and compliance with quality standards.
    • Identify, document, and report issues discovered during assembly or test.

    Your first 90 days

    1. Learn product standards and quality checkpoints while assembling subassemblies.
    2. Take ownership of full assemblies; perform functional tests and refine setups.
    3. Contribute to troubleshooting sessions, sharing insights to eliminate recurring defects.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
    • Fluency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and procedural work instructions.
    • Comfort with precision hand and power tools and metrology equipment.
