    Job Description
    As an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the building, wiring, and debugging of various types of automated machinery. We are an Engineer to Order (ETO) company, providing unique and custom machinery to meet specific customer needs. Because our solutions are custom-built, the equipment you work on will be unique and evolve alongside technological advancements. Machines are assembled starting from a bare frame, then built and tested on-site prior to shipping to customer facilities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Assemble subassemblies on various types of automation machinery.

    Alter parts for appropriate function and fit using various methods.

    Utilize machine shop equipment (available for all employees), including manual milling machines, lathes, drill presses, band saws, abrasive saws, handheld sanders, and belt sanders.

    Modify parts based on function during assembly and communicate adjustments with the engineering team.

    Run and manage cables and airlines ensuring schematics are followed and the machine meets aesthetic standards.

    Collaborate with engineers to improve machine designs and functionality.

    Troubleshoot machinery after all components are assembled and wired.

    Assist in scheduling and task management for assembly and electromechanical technicians.



    Hands-on experience assembling large packaging machinery or similar automated equipment in a manufacturing environment
    Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including control panel wiring and installation
    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, pneumatic schematics, and electrical schematics
    Experience using basic hand and power tools; machine shop experience (manual mills and lathes) preferred
