Electro-Mechanical Assembly & Packaging Technician

Start your day at 6:00am in Oconomowoc, WI 53066, where you’ll turn detailed instructions into reliable, ready-to-ship products. You’ll assemble mechanical and basic electrical components to specification, verify quality, and prepare finished goods for safe shipment—all alongside a supportive crew that values accuracy and teamwork. By 2:30pm, you’ll have contributed to a clean, efficient production floor and products our customers can trust.

Role Details

• Location: Oconomowoc, WI 53066
• Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday–Friday
• Rate: $18/hour

What You’ll Do

• Assemble components to documented specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and securely pack completed items so they arrive undamaged.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks to maintain consistency.
• Keep your workstation orderly to support safety, speed, and accuracy.
• Work closely with teammates to hit production targets and timelines.
• Flag and report discrepancies or issues to supervisors quickly.
• Join training sessions to broaden and sharpen your skill set.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in assembly or packing is helpful.
• Comfort following work instructions and operating independently or on a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic troubleshooting ability and a self-starter mindset.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
