Job Summary:
Performs a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on product components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. This role involves wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, and mechanical assembly while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations
Complete component, sub-assembly, and final assembly tasks
Follow methods and sequences for wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and fitting
Execute production operations, rework, and quality testing
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams
Support engineering experiments and process improvement initiatives
Maintain a safe work environment and identify hazards
Organize and verify components prior to assembly
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Use mechanical tools, electrical tools, and measurement devices
Complete quality documentation and maintain production standards
Report non-conformances and participate in root cause investigations
Maintain 5S standards and participate in continuous improvement
Conduct inventory transactions and manage work orders using Oracle system
Utilize Agile and Oracle systems to retrieve and manage documentation
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to follow written procedures and assembly instructions
Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes
Ability to work under close supervision and complete routine tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Nice-to-Have Experience:
0–1 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
Experience with Oracle ERP or Agile PLM systems
IPC 610 / 620 Certification
Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) practices
