    Do you enjoy diagnosing complex systems and turning data into clear recommendations? Are you energized by helping customers and field teams apply the right vacuum and abatement technologies? If you said yes, read on.

    What You’ll Tackle

    • Explain, present, and translate design/application/service details for ETI’s vacuum and abatement portfolio.
    • Partner with Sales to evaluate customer needs; build specification packets and data sheets in collaboration with Ebara sites worldwide.
    • Deliver technical applications and marketing support for solutions that span complex operating environments.
    • Guide Sales, Marketing, and Field Service on product fit, options, part numbers, and configuration.
    • Contribute to detailed customer installation plans and assist during execution.
    • Work through well‑defined issues where analysis of identifiable factors leads to practical fixes.
    • Provide follow‑up, including application notes and technical information sharing.
    • Adhere to EBARA safety policies, complete all required safety training, and keep the workspace compliant with Ebara and customer standards.
    • And, as needed, step in for other duties as assigned.

    Core Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Physics preferred), or equivalent experience.
    • 1–4 years of experience; semiconductor exposure preferred.
    • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and confident public speaking/presentations.
    • Excellent time management; self‑starter; strong teamwork and organizational habits.
    • Leadership/program management potential; outstanding written and oral communication.
    • Relationship building and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
    • Ability to provide verification of a good driving record for offsite customer support.

    • Equipment troubleshooting across electro‑mechanical subsystems
    • Reading electrical schematics and executing electrical troubleshooting

    • Mechanical systems maintenance, service, and component repair

    • Design interpretation and clear technical documentation
