CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Licensed Electricians for an immediate opportunity in McKinney, TX. We are seeking dependable commercial electricians with strong installation, conduit, troubleshooting, and blueprint-reading skills. Candidates must have a valid electrical license and be able to perform journeyman-level work with limited supervision.

POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Licensed Electrician

Location: McKinney, TX

Pay Rate: $35-$45/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time | Project-Based

Schedule: 5x10s | 50 Hours Per Week

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Install commercial electrical wiring, conduit, fixtures, and equipment
• Bend, cut, and install conduit and raceway systems
• Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring
• Install electrical boxes, devices, panels, fixtures, and supports
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and layouts
• Connect wiring to breakers, panels, transformers, and other electrical components
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose electrical issues
• Use electrical hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Coordinate work with supervisors and other trades
• Follow NEC, OSHA, and project-specific safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid electrical license required
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience
• Strong commercial electrical experience preferred
• Experience with conduit installation, wire pulling, and terminations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to perform electrical work with limited supervision
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety training (CCS will provide)
• Reliable transportation and required electrical hand tools
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the required 5x10 schedule
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
