Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled LeadElectrician to join our team! Our company has been named finalist for Winchester Star Awards six years running. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, troubleshooting, installing electrical fixtures, and control equipment across various settings, generator installation and occasional renovation and new home wiring, as well as training apprentices on the job. If you are a Journeyman level (but not necessarily licensed) Electrician with a can-do attitude who takes pride in his work, we want to hear from you. We work in all residential service areas, light commercial and local government complexes, historic estates and agriculture. This position offers and exciting opportunity to take a leadership role with room to grow, work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in the electrical trade. 



Responsibilities: 

• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed
• Install new electrical systems and repair existing systems and services
• Provide bids for work orders (occasionally)
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals
• Keep clean and organized vans and inventory and let Crew Lead know when parts need ordered
• Keep track of materials used on jobs and hours for billing purposes and invoicing

Qualifications: 

• Journeyman Electrician License preferred but NOT required
• Previous experience as an Electrician IS required 
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects, be able to handle heights (60 foot) with bucket trucks or ladders or small areas like crawlspaces and attics, and ability to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements 
• Professional appearance and courteous personality
• Willing to work overtime and occasional weekends if workload starts to exceed or an emergency is called in
• Handle multi-tasking
