    Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Electrician role in Vancouver, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products.     Key Responsibilities:

    · Prepare sketches showing the location of wiring and equipment or follow diagrams and blueprints, ensuring concealed wiring is installed prior to completion of walls, ceilings, and flooring.
    · Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit.
    · Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels.
    · Connect power cables to equipment (e.g., motors, electric ranges) and install grounding leads.
    · Test circuit continuity and ensure electrical compatibility and safety using testing instruments such as ohmmeters, batteries and buzzers, and oscilloscopes.
    · Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and production equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
    · Perform PLC troubleshooting and assist with programming as needed.
    · Maintain accurate documentation of electrical work and ensure compliance with safety standards.

     

    Qualifications:

    · High school diploma or equivalent required.
    · Minimum of 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
    · Journeyman Electrician Washington State License (A+) preferred.
    · Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment in an industrial setting.
    · Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment up to 480V.
    · Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics (ladder logic).
    · Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
    · Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
    · Willingness to work extended schedules, weekends, and any assigned shift during the fresh pack season (typically July through early November).
