• Diagnose electrical issues and perform efficient repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA and company safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members.
• Complete work orders, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Mentor apprentices and assist with training when needed.

Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential electrical.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety procedures.
• Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and hand and power tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with panel replacement and EV chargers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
