Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical service, repair, and troubleshooting experience
Experience diagnosing and repairing a wide range of residential electrical systems
Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, installations, and repairs
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
Experience running conduit, wiring and terminating devices, and performing system testing
Knowledge of electrical installations in both existing homes and new construction environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems accurately and efficiently
Perform electrical repairs, upgrades, and installations in compliance with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
Conduct thorough electrical system evaluations and safety inspections
Present repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally to homeowners
Educate customers on electrical safety, efficiency improvements, and available solutions
Accurately estimate, document, and invoice repairs and installation projects
Complete service documentation, including before-and-after photos and detailed job notes
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at every customer location
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service
Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and support teams
Follow all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining a commitment to quality workmanship
