Experience with commercial office buildings, distribution centers, hospitals, data centers, or large facilities. Experience with electrical panels, breakers, disconnects, transformers, and power distribution.

Required Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Electrician license/credential applicable to the work location.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical training.
• 5+ years of commercial, industrial, or facilities electrical experience preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working with commercial building electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) .
• Experience with electrical panels, breakers, disconnects, transformers, and power distribution.
• Experience with conduit installation and bending.
• Working knowledge of three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to safely use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices, including LOTO and arc-flash awareness.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple work orders.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 480V / three-phase systems .
• Experience with motors, MCCs, VFDs, and motor controls.
• Experience supporting HVAC electrical systems.
• Building automation or controls experience.
• Experience with commercial office buildings, distribution centers, hospitals, data centers, or large facilities.
• Experience with CMMS/work-order management systems.
• NFPA 70E training.
• Experience mentoring apprentices or junior electricians.
