Most electricians don't leave because they can't do the work.
They leave because they're tired of:
Being treated like they're replaceable
Running calls with little support
Working for companies that only notice mistakes
Driving worn-out trucks with outdated equipment
Watching someone else make money from their hard work
That costs great electricians more than they realize.
At West Houston Electric, we've spent more than 35 years building a residential service company where skilled electricians are respected, trained, and rewarded.
We're looking for Residential Service Electricians who want to build a long-term career—not just collect another paycheck.
This role is for electricians who:
Hold a Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license
Have strong residential service experience
Enjoy solving problems and helping homeowners
Know how to explain repairs without high-pressure sales tactics
Want to earn more by delivering great service
Appreciate coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement
Want stability with a company that's growing the right way
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
