Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
- Support automation systems including PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize performance and aggressively pursue process improvements.
- Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance using CMMS or related systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Potentially work rotating schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in steel mill electrical maintenance.
- Demonstrated understanding of power systems and automation technologies.
- PLC troubleshooting and programming expertise.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics.
- Proven track record in process improvement and collaboration with operations.
- Additional certifications or degrees in Electrical or related fields.
MUST HAVE:
- 4 years of experience in industrial (or comparable) electrical maintenance, OR Equivalent education/military training (Electrical).
- Must have at least a 2-year electrical or related technical degree OR military training in Electrical.
- PLC troubleshooting and programming expertise.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Prior experience in steel mill electrical maintenance.
- Demonstrated understanding of power systems and automation technologies.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics.
- Proven track record in process improvement and collaboration with operations.
- Additional certifications or degrees in Electrical or related fields.

- Projected Annual Compensation: $97901 to $124992 (not including benefits), plus potential for profit sharing.
- Shifts: 4 on /4 off, 12-hour rotating schedule (days/nights).
