Position Description
Position Overview:
The Electrician III plays a critical frontline leadership role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our electrical infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Electrical Supervisor, this hands-on position bridges the gap between management and technical execution.
The role will co-lead a team of electricians, coordinate daily maintenance activities, and troubleshoot complex electrical issues. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, a deep commitment to safety regulations, and emerging leadership skills to mentor junior staff and drive operational excellence.

General Information
Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
Full-Time | Regular | 40 hours per week.
Subject to early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays at times, depending upon the project or workload.
Salary: Commensurate with experience, based on 26 pay periods.
Physical Demands and Environmental Exposure:
May be required to work extended work hours during activation of disaster recovery operations for an unspecified length of time (varies based on the extent of the event).
This position requires working on ladders and scaffolding; regularly standing, sitting, stretching, bending, stooping, and climbing; and frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs. of equipment, supplies, and tools. Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions and may include environments without air conditioning or heating. This position requires working in confined or awkward spaces with mechanical tools, electrical equipment, and other related equipment and may involve exposure to dust, dirt, paint fumes, and other environmental conditions.
