SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager, this position coordinates, oversees, and performs routine maintenance and construction work on electrical equipment. Duties include repairing, replacing or relocating equipment in accordance with National Electrical Code and Safety Requirements; supervising and assisting Electrician I's with installations, trouble shooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment; working closely with Building Maintenance personnel; and keeping the Facilities Manager informed of all work assignments, equipment needs, and personnel issues.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of five years of experience in commercial/industrial construction and electrical maintenance, including motor control theory and five years supervisory experience. Must be licensed by the State of Texas as a Master Electrician. Valid Texas Class C Driver's License, required.
