The Opportunity

As a Residential Electrical Helper, you''ll work alongside experienced electricians to assist with residential electrical service, installation, maintenance, and repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable technical skills, and build a long-term career in the electrical trade.

What You''ll Do

• Assist electricians with residential electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Gather tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job.
• Help troubleshoot electrical systems and identify potential issues.
• Learn proper installation techniques while following company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Accurately document completed work using company technology.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service in every home.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical codes.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and career development.

What We''re Looking For

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in the electrical trade.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and work in a physically active environment.
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Previous construction, electrical, or trade experience is helpful but not required.
