They should be problem solvers, able to prioritize, assess risks, and work under pressure, while mentoring apprentices and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience (8,000 hours), knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures, and ability to travel regionally.
