    JOB TITLE: General Maintenance 
    REPORTS TO: Building Manager  
    DEPARTMENT: Maintenance 
    FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt 
    JOB SUMMARY: Performs repair and construction projects 

    SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
    • Repairs and maintains buildings and other structures throughout the property 
    • Planning and building new projects as requested 
    • Ensures all buildings and facilities are maintained in a proper manner 
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech 
    • Requires standing, kneeling and bending 
    • Requires walking, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling 
    • Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 75 pounds 
    • Requires occasional carries up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a two-wheel hand truck 
    • Requires working at heights on ladders and man-lifts 
    • Requires ability to operate vehicle in park 
    • Due to dust, dirt, fumes and noise, some work requires respirators and safety clothing 
    • Will occasionally work with job-related hazardous chemicals 

    OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: 
    • Must possess good oral and written English language and grammar skills 
    • High School diploma or equivalent 
    • 3+ years of experience preferred 
    • General plumbing and HVAC knowledge a plus 
    • General building practices 
    • Available to work weekends 
    • Available to work overtime 
    • Available to work holidays 
    • Must be at least 18 years of age 
    • Must be able to pass a criminal, drug, alcohol and social security background checks
