Job Description:
Duties
- Individual is experienced performing the Electrician activities listed below independently with little to no guidance or assistance from a Skilled Trades Leader in a machine tool manufacturing environment.
- Wire machinery from drawings and bill of material.
- Wire panels.
- Install communication blocks.
- Wire Ethernet.
- Wire auxiliary power.
- Wire robots.
- Wire safety circuits.
- Wire 480V systems.
- Tie in tools and perform final dressing of tools to controls.
- Install temporary power.
- Bend and install conduit.
- Prepare tool with I/O block, DeviceNet, and duct work.
- Verify tags, tag units, and cords.
- Run cords and dress tools per customer requirements.
- Ability to drill, tap, and ream holes.
- Use hand saws, drill presses, and grinders.
