Referral bonus
The Wiring Assembly Technician is responsible for a wide range of electrical assembly duties, including wiring, assembling, fitting, and mounting sub-assemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment. Perform all assignments within acceptable production and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform wiring of control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS).
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and work independently to complete assignments.
Wire electronic components, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Assemble electrical switchboard equipment.
Perform assigned functions from oral and/or written instructions, drawings, and other manufacturing documentation.
Inspect and test finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and applicable codes.
Maintain expected production progress and communicate problem areas or parts shortages.
Work effectively as part of a team and support production needs, including assigned overtime when required.
Comply with scheduled start/stop times and break periods.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adjust to changing production demands.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to read and follow manufacturing drawings and instructions.
Maintain awareness of workplace health and safety practices.
Participate in required health and safety training and demonstrate competency based on training received.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. at times.
Must wear required safety equipment, such as goggles and gloves, when applicable.
Ability to maintain the same position or posture while performing tasks, including sitting for prolonged periods.
Work Environment
May work in various manufacturing, shop, office, and commercial building environments.
