Your Mission
Ensure our electrical components and systems consistently meet or exceed specification through rigorous, repeatable validation.
How You’ll Contribute
- Run structured electrical tests to verify performance, durability, and conformance to requirements.
- Prepare fixtures and configure oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies for accurate measurement.
- Interpret results, identify variances, and record findings with precision for team review.
- Collaborate with engineers to isolate root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Uphold a spotless, safety-first lab environment.
- Help evolve test procedures and best practices to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Join team learning sessions to keep pace with new tools and test methodologies.
What You’ll Need
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (preferred) or related area.
- Demonstrated experience as a test technician or similar role in electronics/electrical systems.
- Strong command of circuit fundamentals and component behavior.
- Comfort with bench instrumentation and electrical test tooling.
- Analytical mindset, meticulous documentation, and problem-solving agility.
- Team-oriented yet self-directed work style.
- Clear, concise communication.
- Hands-on background working safely with 480V equipment.
