Description

Pay Range: $30.21hr - $38.57hr

Job Overview:

The Electrical Test Technician is responsible for executing electrical testing in accordance with approved test protocols, procedures, and work instructions. This role supports engineering teams by performing accurate and repeatable testing, documenting results, and operating a variety of electrical test equipment in a laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute electrical testing according to established test protocols, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Set up test articles, fixtures, and electrical test equipment.
  • Operate DC and AC power supplies.
  • Operate power analyzers.
  • Operate digital multimeters (DMMs).
  • Operate oscilloscopes.
  • Operate function/signal generators.
  • Operate electronic loads.
  • Operate data acquisition equipment.
  • Accurately collect, record, and document test results.
  • Identify and communicate test anomalies, equipment issues, or unexpected results to engineering.
  • Support troubleshooting of test setups and equipment.
  • Maintain organized test stations and ensure equipment is used within applicable calibration requirements.
  • Follow laboratory safety procedures, including applicable electrical safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to support project testing schedules and priorities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of electronic technician experience required.
