- Inspect electrical systems and identify code or safety concerns while recommending appropriate solutions.
- Explain repair and replacement options to customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout each job.
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and compliance with electrical codes.
- Document completed work, materials used, and customer recommendations using company software.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For - Previous residential electrical service experience or schooling.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
- Ability to diagnose electrical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
