What You'll Do

• Inspect and test electrical products and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform dielectric withstand (Hi-Pot) testing and insulation resistance testing.
• Verify finished products meet established inspection and testing requirements.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and report defective or nonconforming products.
• Accurately record inspection results, testing data, and quality documentation.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain product standards.
• Safely operate electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all established safety procedures and quality control guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of electrical experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Technical or trade school education preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical inspection procedures and testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate inspection records.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform hands-on inspection activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely use testing equipment, hand tools, and handle materials as needed.
