Electrical Technician

Location: Akron, Ohio
Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime: Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM as needed

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Technician for a full-time position in Akron, Ohio. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working independently and has experience with industrial electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, wire, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components and equipment

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints

• Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting

• Identify and correct electrical problems efficiently

• Work with control panels, motors, sensors, and other industrial electrical components

• Follow established safety procedures and electrical standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Complete work accurately and safely with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Previous industrial electrical experience required

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems

• Knowledge of industrial equipment and electrical components

• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and stay focused on assigned projects

• Electrical trade school or technical training is a plus
