    Required Qualifications:
    • Experience with SCADA systems and fiber optics.
    • Experience in electrical and fiber testing such as TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, and VOCs.
    • Ability to read and understand drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation.
    • Experience inspecting installed equipment to ensure compliance with scope of work and specifications.
    • Experience reviewing project completion documentation.
    • Experience leading and managing construction tasks, including task monitoring, team feedback, and conflict resolution.
    • Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical, civil, and steel structural drawings.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to identify and mitigate job site hazards.
    Responsibilities:
    • Enforce and prioritize safety protocols on the job site, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to complete projects effectively.
    • Perform inspections and audits of construction work to verify adherence to standards and specifications.
    • Maintain QA/QC documentation and ensure it is up to date.
    • Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Keep detailed records of construction activities, safety inspections, and progress updates.
    • Collaborate closely with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and operations teams such as NEER/FPL.
    • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, safety, and quality control.
