Job Title: Electrical Superintendent
Job Description
The Electrical Superintendent oversees the planning, layout, and execution of complex industrial and data center electrical construction projects. This role leads field teams and subcontractors, coordinates closely with project management and other trades, and ensures that all electrical installations meet project specifications, local codes, quality standards, and schedule requirements. The Electrical Superintendent plays a key role in project execution planning, workforce and material coordination, and the integration of conduit and electrical layouts into BIM models.

Work Environment
The role operates within industrial and data center construction environments that may involve moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Depending on project needs, work may occur at heights or around airborne particles and electrical components. Physical activities commonly include standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, as well as frequent use of hands, arms, and clear voice communication. Some tasks may require lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements can include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus while working with drawings, digital models, and field installations. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $52.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
