Electrical Superintendent Data Center Construction
Locations - GA, TX, VA
Lead electrical construction on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects for a top national electrical contractor. This role puts you in charge of field execution on complex, high-value builds, with real support from an experienced project management team.
Note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without current or future need for sponsorship.
What You'll Do
- Plan, supervise, and direct electrical installation crews to keep work safe, on schedule, and on budget
- Set the tone for a safety-first, quality-first jobsite
- Master the project drawings, specs, and installation requirements inside and out
- Partner with the Project Management team on buyouts, scheduling, labor, and tracking
- Hold the line on workmanship and make sure it meets project and company standards
- Train, mentor, and develop field supervisors and tradesmen
- Handle takeoffs and pricing for change orders and related work
- Track productivity against schedule and adjust as needed to stay efficient
What You Bring
- State Electrical Journeyman License, or a 4-year engineering degree, or equivalent training and field experience
- 10+ years supervising electrical construction, with strong knowledge of methods, equipment, and procedures
- Experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center environments
- Hyperscale data center experience is a plus
- Experience on $20M-$100M electrical projects is a plus
- OSHA 30, or willingness to obtain it
- Solid grip on construction scheduling, cost control, and managing large crews
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check and MVR check
