Tired of being gone for weeks at a time? Our superintendents lead Tesla Supercharger, commercial and utility-scale solar, and battery storage (BESS) projects across Texas and beyond. Trips typically run 2–5 days at a time, so you're home regularly, not gone for weeks on end.

An active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required.

ABOUT VIKTA GRID

Vikta Grid is a Texas-based, start-to-finish EPC and Premier Installer for Tesla. We self-perform most of our work with our own field teams, building commercial and industrial solar, battery energy storage (BESS), DC Fast Charging and Tesla Supercharger projects nationwide. We're growing quickly and moving into utility-scale solar and BESS, and we need a strong Electrical Superintendent to own field execution as we scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead in-house crews and subcontractors across multiple active project sites
• Own safety, quality, schedule, and production from mobilization through turnover
• Build and execute three-week look-ahead schedules with Project Management
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries, and site logistics
• Inspect work against drawings, the NEC, AHJ requirements, and company standards
• Work with owners, utilities, AHJs, inspectors, and Tesla construction teams
• Support testing, commissioning, energization, and closeout
• Train and develop foremen and field crews

WHAT YOU BRING

• Active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required)
• 5+ years of construction supervision or field leadership
• 3+ years leading crews on commercial or utility-scale solar and/or BESS projects (residential-only experience does not qualify)
• Experience managing in-house crews, not only subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, QA/QC, and jobsite safety
• Ability to read civil, structural, and electrical drawings
• OSHA 30 certification
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel approximately 75%, with trips typically lasting 2–5 days at a time

Strong plus: DC Fast Charging / Tesla Supercharger experience, BESS commissioning, switchgear and MV work, NABCEP certification, Spanish language ability, and Procore or similar software.
