This individual elevates the overall skills and knowledge of the electrical team by acting as a mentor and trainer to other Fading West team members. This individual must be highly flexible and humble and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities ? Strong in teaching and training electrical skills and abilities ? Competent in trouble shooting circuitry ? Ability to perform electrical tests and trouble shoot failed tests ? Teaches and trains plumbing team to achieve desired production goals is essential ? Interpret electrical code and transfer to projects and other staff ? Performs Electrical activities to support production ? Assists in helping inform our processes and procedure in our electrical department ? Communicates and coordinates with other trade teams to achieve productions goals without sacrificing safety and quality ? Leads the activities of the various electrical assembly operations ? Determines areas of improvement in the electrical design and production process ? Performs all other tasks necessary to support production Other duties as assigned Qualifications ? Residential wireman credential preferred ? Understand basic home shop drawings ? High attention to detail ? Excellent teaching and training skills ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Flexibility within the workday is a must ? Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills ? Organizational, planning, and documentation skills ? Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
