    Own the Electrical Shop Floor

    Are you an experienced electrical technician turned leader who thrives on structure, safety, and on-time delivery? Do you enjoy coaching teams, tightening processes, and steering Factory Acceptance Testing to success? If so, this onsite role in Shoreview, MN—reporting to the Manufacturing Manager—may be your next step.

    What you will drive

    • Team leadership: Direct electrical personnel, uphold Westinghouse safety standards and processes, and serve as the resource manager for electrical assembly personnel.
    • Training excellence: Determine training and qualification needs by process/job/task; assign training in PowerHub and keep everyone current; ensure qualifications are completed on time and well documented; provide proper onboarding with assigned mentors for all new hires.
    • People management: Conduct PFP meetings and merit decisions, address performance concerns, and approve weekly time and vacation requests.
    • Scheduling and coordination: Provide updates to the P6 schedule on electrical assembly activities; support rescheduling when delays occur; estimate hours to produce electrical assemblies in-house.
    • Work order control: Create work orders for electrical work upon release of a new job and before shop need; review and approve work orders before handoff; ensure ECO changes are incorporated.
    • Hands-on support: Assist groups with physical work when qualified and needed; assign resources for maintenance (PM) linked to electrical equipment.
    • Quality collaboration: Support QC with any final structure as-builts; ensure Manufacturing electrical procedures observe Level 2 procedures and current site practices.

    FAT focus

    • Review and approve engineering test procedures.
    • Confirm the right equipment is available for project testing.
    • Oversee FAT technicians and support them throughout the test plan.

    100% onsite at Shoreview, MN. Reporting line: Manufacturing Manager.

    What you bring

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 8+ years as an electrical technician in a manufacturing environment.
    • 3+ years supervising or managing in a manufacturing facility.
