Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems and equipment
Perform service work including repairs, upgrades, and small installations
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on electrical systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Document service work, findings, and recommendations accurately
Communicate with customers, dispatch, and service leadership regarding job status
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and electrical code requirements
Electrical service experience preferred (commercial experience preferred)
Journeyman license preferred (or ability to obtain, if applicable)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to work independently and within a team
Full-time position
Local travel within Indiana for service work
Overtime may be required based on service needs
