What You'll Do
Run residential electrical service and repair calls
Diagnose electrical issues and provide solutions for homeowners
Perform repairs, upgrades, installations, and safety inspections
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit
Work independently while being supported by a team that wants you to succeed

Compensation
Average performers earn $75,000-$120,000+ annually
Top Performers earn $120,000 - $350,000 annually.

Who We're Looking For

Have 1.5 to 2 years of residential new construction or residential service work experience.
Takes pride in their work
Shows up with a positive attitude
Cares about serving customers, not just shopping for a Panel Swap.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on electrical service or field experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Can pass a background check. We can't put people with a felony on their record in people's homes. 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in various environments including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
