Position: Electrical Service ManagerLocation: South Easton MASalary: $100,000-$115,000K/yr - DOE! + Excellent benefits package!

Key Responsibilities:• Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of service technicians. Thisincludes hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure a skilled andmotivated workforce.• Quality Assurance: Ensure all service work is performed to the highest quality standards,adhering to industry best practices and manufacturer specifications.• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercialclients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.• Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety among team members and ensureadherence to all safety regulations and protocols. Monitor compliance with relevant laws, codes,and industry standards.• Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of parts and supplies needed for service,ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.• Service Coordination: Plan, schedule, and dispatch service calls to technicians, ensuring efficientallocation of resources and timely response to client requests.• On-Call Management: Manage and implement on-call rotation including ensuring thattechnicians are prepared for upcoming rotations.• Sales: Work with Sales team to gather on-site information, provide feedback on technicalquestions and coordinate the approach on replacement projects. Also maintain consistentgrowth by selling new maintenance contracts and service accounts.• Training and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies,and regulations. Provide training opportunities for technicians to enhance their skills andknowledge.• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementinitiatives to streamline service operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:• In-depth knowledge of commercial electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team• members.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients, technicians, and• other stakeholders effectively.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.• Proficiency in using Electrical software, scheduling tools, and computer applications.• Knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and compliance requirements.• Business acumen and a results-oriented mindset to achieve departmental goals and financial• targets
Experience:• 3-5 years Electrical Service Manger experience
