Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of a major mission critical project in the Atlanta market. This Senior Project Manager role will provide strategic leadership across commercial, operational, and project execution functions.
- Lead the delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement, schedules, and financial performance
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Provide leadership and direction to project management and field teams
- Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases of construction
- Coordinate closely with engineering, preconstruction, and site operations teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:
- Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects
- Strong background delivering mission critical, hyperscale data center, industrial, or complex commercial projects
- Demonstrated success leading projects valued in excess of $50M+
- Electrical contracting experience with strong operational and commercial knowledge
- Experience partnering with major general contractors on large construction programs
- Strong budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with construction technologies such as Autodesk, AccuBid, Viewpoint Spectrum, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Ability to be based in Atlanta with potential future travel opportunities
