Are you an energetic, motivated professional looking to make a real impact? TradeSTAR is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you ll play a key part in shaping careers in the commercial electrical industry, helping candidates find the right opportunities to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview all levels of candidates within the electrical industry, including licensed apprentices and journeyman electricians.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants
Match candidates to active job orders based on experience and client needs
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement logistics
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support team goals by meeting weekly recruiting targets

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, electrical, construction, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
Bilingual a plus, but not required
