Senior Electrical Project Manager
The Senior Electrical Project Manager has full responsibility for assigned electrical projects. Will be responsible for cost control, forecasting, and scheduling multiple projects through final project completion. The PM will be the Owner’s point of contact and will coordinate the job team to meet all project goals. Sr PM position will be based out of Senoia, GA office.
Responsibilities:
· PM responsibilities include: contract compliance, submittals, purchase orders, materials contracts and subcontracts, change management, as-built documents, and to ensure the quality of all work performed at a job site.
· PM must be proficient and proactive with client communication and managing customer expectations in these areas
· Plan, schedule, and maintain timelines by optimizing resources in a fast-paced construction/installation environment.
· Manage cost, schedule and resource-loaded schedules providing billings, cash flow and manpower forecasting with complete job costing reviews in alignment with EVM processes.
· Monitoring for compliance with all applicable laws. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including assisting in the design and writing the scope of work, management plans, work sequence, safety, and quality control and commissioning.
· Manage all job closeout procedures for lien waivers, as-builts, warranty documentation, and O&M Manuals.
· Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within the industry.
· Some travel required but mostly in the Atlanta area - company vehicle provided.
Qualifications:
· Team leader with proven business skills with minimum 5 years of experience of electrical project management.
· Problem solver with excellent communication skills and wants to be in a highly visible role.
· Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications and applicable code requirements. Assisting with takeoffs for buy-out.
· Proficiency using various software applications (MS office and Project Managemnet & estimating software)
· Experience with contract documents: contract drawings, specifications, subcontracts, contract addendum and change orders.
· Industrial electrical construction subject matter expert, with focus on customer retention.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
· Experience in Procore
· Experience in P6
· Electrical License for GA
· Electrical take off and estimating experience
· OSHA 30 Certification
