Project Manager (Data Center & Commercial) – Salt Lake City, UT
Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects throughout the Salt Lake City market.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated construction professional who enjoys leading teams, managing client relationships, and delivering technically challenging projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects through all phases.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner communications.
- Monitor project financial performance and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field leadership.
- Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and general contractors.
- Ensure projects are completed safely and successfully.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
- Commercial or data center construction experience preferred.
- Strong financial management and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
