Baltimore based Electrical contractor is looking for an Project Manager for their residential division. The Project Manager will manage residential electrical projects throughout the Baltimore area.
Electrical Project Manager Requirements
10 years of residential experience
Hard working and motivated individual
Organized and thorough individual
Respectful towards others
Must be up to date on Residential code ( 2020 code )
Must be able to read Blue Prints
Must be able to mark houses off in the field for employees
Capable of running anywhere from 4 to 6 different jobsites
Must be able to put a schedule together for all employees a week in advance
Must be able to use desktop/ipad
Manage and schedule piece crews
