    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Electrical Project Manager will oversee a variety of projects, including commercial, industrial, and custom residential (custom home) electrical construction. Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standardsManage multiple project types, including commercial, industrial, and custom residential (custom home) electrical installations and renovationsPlan project scope, schedules, and resource allocationRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide executionProvide technical oversight to ensure compliance with electrical codes and standardsDirect and support field teams, subcontractors, and staff to ensure efficiency and productivityCollaborate with engineers, contractors, clients, homeowners, and stakeholders to maintain clear communicationPrepare, review, and negotiate contracts and change ordersUtilize project management software such as Procore or FoundationMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutionsTravel to assigned job sites as needed to support project oversight and field operationsConduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality controlManage procurement of materials and equipmentTrack project costs, maintain budget control, and ensure financial performancePrepare and maintain Work In Progress (WIP) schedules to track project financial statusPrepare and submit project billings to Accounts Receivable in a timely and accurate mannerPrepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reportsOversee project closeout, including final inspections and documentation QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
