Volt is immediately hiring a Direct Placement Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial electrical construction and tentant improvements in Los Angeles, CA.

Our client, a leading Southern California electrical contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-profile commercial projects ranging from $5M-$15M+. The ideal candidate comes from a well-established electrical contracting environment and has successfully managed complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple commercial electrical construction projects simultaneously
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and change order management
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, vendors, and field teams
• Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Electrical Project Management experience
• Proven success managing commercial electrical construction projects
• Strong experience with Tenant Improvement (TI) projects
• Experience managing projects valued between $5M-$15M+
• Background with established electrical contractors serving the Southern California market
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
• Stable career progression with a strong track record of project success

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $125,000 - $185,000
• Full-Time Direct Hire Opportunity
