We’re hiring a Project Manager (or PM-in-Training) to lead industrial electrical projects in the Dallas area. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage projects end-to-end while working closely with field teams and clients.

What You’ll Do

• 
  Manage full project lifecycle (planning? execution? closeout)
  
• 
  Lead field teams, coordinate manpower, and support hiring efforts
  
• 
  Handle project billing, estimating, and financial tracking
  
• 
  Procure materials and manage project logistics
  
• 
  Maintain safety and quality standards (OSHA compliance)
  
• 
  Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  
• 
  Travel to job sites (up to 50%) for oversight and support

What You Need

• 
  2+ years of Project Management experience
  
• 
  Experience managing crews, budgets, and materials
  
• 
  Strong computer skills (Excel, email, project tracking)
  
• 
  Ability to read drawings, specs, and perform takeoffs
  
• 
  Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• 
  Electrical background (NEC, conduit, controls, medium voltage)
  
• 
  Experience in construction, industrial, or telecom projects
  
• 
  Degree is a plus (not required)
