Electrical Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Locations: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: Up to $225,000, depending on experience

An established electrical contractor is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead electrical construction on large data center and mission-critical projects. This opportunity is for someone who can take ownership of a complex electrical scope, lead the project team, and deliver work from planning through closeout.

We are especially interested in candidates who have built a strong career in electrical construction and can point to projects they successfully completed. Data center experience is preferred; experience delivering other complex mission-critical facilities will also be considered.

What you’ll do

• Own the electrical project scope, budget, schedule, and overall delivery.

• Partner with field leadership to plan manpower, materials, equipment, and upcoming work.

• Manage procurement, subcontractors, change orders, cost tracking, and project reporting.

• Coordinate with the general contractor and other trades to resolve issues and keep work moving.

• Identify risks early, communicate solutions, and maintain accountability through commissioning and closeout.

• Build productive relationships with clients, field teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• Proven project management experience with an electrical contractor on large, complex construction projects.

• Strong understanding of electrical construction, field operations, project controls, and financial performance.

• Experience on data centers or other mission-critical facilities preferred.

• A track record of leading projects through completion, with clear examples of your responsibilities and results.

• Leadership and communication skills suited to a fast-moving, highly coordinated jobsite.

Compensation is up to $225,000, based on experience.
