The Role

The Electrical Project Manager is a leadership position at the center of Kingdom Contracting's growth. You will serve as the primary client interface and field leader -- managing complex projects from contract award through closeout, directing journeymen and foremen, and partnering with ownership to protect schedules, margins, and relationships.

This is not just a desk role. You are present, visible, and invested -- in the work, in the people doing it, and in the clients counting on it. We are looking for someone who leads with both care and conviction. Someone who anticipates problems before they surface, protects the people and standards entrusted to them, and steps in decisively when clarity or direction is needed. You know how to read a room, how to hold a crew accountable with respect, and how to make a hard call without flinching.

What You'll Do

Lead Client Relationships

• Serve as the primary client contact from contract award through project closeout
• Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication and consistent follow-through
• Resolve issues quickly to protect schedules, relationships, and Kingdom's reputation

Own Project Execution

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and permits
• Oversee material procurement and coordinate with suppliers -- no project stalls on your watch
• Partner with the Field Operations Manager on crew deployment and logistics
• Conduct jobsite inspections and ensure NEC, local code, and Kingdom quality standards are met

Lead and Develop Your Crew

• Direct and mentor journeymen and foremen with technical credibility and clear expectations
• Apply journeyman-level expertise to guide installations and troubleshooting
• Hold crews accountable directly -- don't let issues linger or get passed along

Protect Revenue & Documentation

• Identify scope changes during execution and convert them into approved change orders promptly
• Maintain complete and current contracts, permits, change orders, and inspection records
• Provide weekly project status updates to ownership and clients without being asked

Model Safety

• Ensure OSHA compliance on every jobsite -- document protocols and report incidents the same day

What You Bring

Required

• Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
• 3-5+ years of hands-on electrical field experience
• 1-7 years of project management or coordination experience
• Commercial or multifamily experience
• Proficiency in reading drawings, NEC code, and estimating/project management software
• Clear, direct communication with crews, clients, GCs, and ownership
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform jobsite inspections

Preferred

• Master Electrician or Contractor license
• OSHA 10/30 certification
• Familiarity with AccuBid, ConEst, or Bluebeam

What We Offer

• Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
• Starting pay is set within this range based on your experience and qualifications.
• Performance Bonuses: Eligibility based on change order revenue and client satisfaction
