Selectek is searching for an Electrical Project Engineer in the Kennesaw, GA area, with consulting experience in the building construction industry.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow employee policies.
Utilize project templates for project execution.
Follow company QA/QC process, overall and engineering department.
Keep up with timekeeping and reporting daily, submitting weekly timesheets at the end of every week.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors effectively as required for job execution. Represent company in a professional and positive manner in all communications, whether written or verbal.
Follow file management procedures in maintaining project documentation.
Produce and review technical specifications and reports.
Perform and document electrical technical calculations.
Attend project and company meetings as directed by team leads or manager.
Produce electrical drawings as needed on projects.
Train and direct engineering interns or less experienced engineers.
Identify training opportunities to continually improve and participate in them as directed by manager.
Participate in project site visits and facility audits as necessary to support projects.
Required: Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering from an accredited University or College.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Thorough and accurate attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
To present themselves in a professional manner.
Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.Preferred:Salary: $75-$90K
