Electrical Project Engineer

Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Senior Systems Engineer job in Florence, SC.  This CONTRACT hire job is available with one of our key customers in elevators, escalators and moving walkway industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing system engineering support to company's New and Existing Product Elevator programs. In order to be successful in this position, you must strong electrical engineering background with complex system level architecture development and integration experience. Preference will be given to someone with elevator control systems, machines, drives, dispatching systems, rescue systems, and electrical diagrams 

Aircraft Mechanical Test Engineer Job responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities include requirements management, system integration studies and validation, program timeline management (system tasks), and timely delivery of all systems documentation required for a program.
• Run performance studies, cost benefit analysis, prototyping, test plans, or code requirement studies of all affected sub-system(s).
• Collect elevator requirements from all the stakeholders, and de-compose these into requirements for the specific sub-systems.
• Interface with multiple value streams and stakeholders to ensure work compliance.
• Candidate will participate in product support activities where prior experience with root cause analysis, priority assessment, DFMEA, DFM, and other engineering tools is desired

Qualifications:

• Five plus years of experience
• Able to develop/calculate Performance Envelopes (Duty Tables).
• Control systems, machines, and drives integration experience.

• High power transformer qualification and integration experience: step up,  isolation, and step down.
• Strong architecture and system interaction matrix understanding.
• Local/national Code compliance documentation experience.
