POSITION SCOPE: Coordinates and prioritizes daily work activities for Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Technicians, providing guidance, technical support, and direction to help achieve quality, delivery, and safety objectives. Serves as a resource for problem-solving and process improvement while performing direct assembly duties approximately 50% of the time. Limited travel is required.
