Electrical-Mechanical Assembler – Build Critical Power Systems
Location: Valley View, OH
Pay: $20.50–$23/hour (based on shift and experience)
Shift:1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Hire Sync is partnering with an industry leader in advanced power testing solutions to hire skilled Electrical-Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team in Valley View. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on mission-critical equipment used to test backup power systems for hospitals, data centers, airports, and other essential facilities around the world.

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components to precise specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, work instructions, and BOMs
- Use hand tools and power tools including drills, punches, and rivet tools
- Identify and troubleshoot non-conforming parts during assembly
- Work within a team-focused manufacturing environment to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Assist in training and supporting other assemblers as needed
- Perform assembly work in a variety of production environments, including some confined spaces
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or industrial manufacturing
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting
- Basic shop math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
